TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. I hereby agree that Naila Mughal Artistes Agency are my representatives in the field of Actors, Supporting  Artistes, Walk ons, modeling, performers and feature work, and not a company.
  1. I agree to pay an administration fee of £20.00 pounds, which will cover me for one off admin and website fee. Website & Administation registration fee is non-refundable.
  1. I hereby consent to the payment of commission on all monies received through any work provided by Naila Mughal Artistes Agency.  The percentage of commission to Naila Mughal Artistes Agency will be discussed when offer a job.
  1. I am self-employed and at no time considered to be an employee of Naila Mughal Artistes Agency, and as such responsible for paying any Income Tax and National Insurance due.
  1. I hereby consent to Naila Mughal Artistes Agency to retain any personal details (including “but not exclusively ’name, address, telephone numbers and any other details felt necessary by Naila Mughal Artistes Agency in accordance with Data Protection Act 1998) for the use of finding suitable jobs/castings and sharing my detail with selected agencies who may offer assignments.
  1. Naila Mughal Artistes Agency has the right to refuse representations at any time without being liable to give reason or if punctuality, full co-operation , a friendly attitude, enthusiasm and total professionalism is not shown at all times including a negative attitude towards clients or other artistes of Naila Mughal Artistes Agency, failure to attend jobs/castings (without reasonable cause), being argumentative or any issues which may be seen as detrimental to the reputation of Naila Mughal Artistes Agency or its clients may result in suspension/dismissal from Naila Mughal Artistes Agency.
  1. I agree to attend every job/casting (subject to prior consent by Naila Mughal Artistes Agency to punctual, appropriate apparel with a neat and tidy appearance.
  1. Failure to complete any job/casting to the standards laid down by the client (for any reason) may result in part payment or none payment of fees. Failure to work the specified hours or negative feedback from the client may also result in reduction or non-payment of fees.
  1. I understand that should any problem arise as to why I cannot attend a job/casting or have to leave a job/casting, I must contact Naila Mughal Artistes Agency immediately. If for any reason I am unable to contact Naila Mughal Artistes Agency, I must persist until contact has been made and reason has been given. Should any other problem arise during job/castings been cancelled by the client no fees will be paid.
  1. I understand that under no circumstances shall I discuss fees with any clients or artistes.
  1. In the event of a job/casting been cancelled by the client no fees will be paid.
  1. I also acknowledge all fees are paid after deductions, and can take up to 8 weeks to be paid after a job, method of payment will be discussed when offered a job.
  1. I hereby acknowledge that if there are any changes in my appearance I must contact Naila Mughal Artistes Agency immediately, and update my data.
  1. Naila Mughal Artistes Agency as with any other reputable agency cannot guarantee work, however every endeavor on Naila Mughal Artistes Agency behalf will be made to represent your profile at every opportunity and negotiate the best rates.

  2. You must inform Naila Mughal Artistes Agency if you decide to terminate your contract with the agency at any time.
    If Naila Mughal Artistes Agency seizes anytime in the near future, you will be given at least one months notice.

I hereby acknowledge, I have read and understood the conditions layout and here in agree to be bound by said conditions. I understand that administration/website fees paid are non-refundable with the onus on me to meet the expectations of Naila Mughal Artistes Agency and their clients.
